Every order is packed by hand within 1–2 business days. During new collection launches this may extend slightly, and we'll always let you know.
Shipping
Orders are sent within Israel and typically arrive in 3–5 business days, with an express option available. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout.
Gift packaging
Pieces arrive on our signature kraft card in a protective sleeve, ready to give. Add a handwritten note at checkout at no charge.
Returns
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Simply write to us with your order number and we'll send return details.
Lost or damaged parcels
If something arrives less than perfect, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it right away.
